Property Preservation and Inspection
Altisource™ inspects and preserves hundreds of thousands of assets nationwide. Leveraging over 20 years of asset management experience, we offer a comprehensive suite of services to evaluate REO properties, improve asset values and protect investors from unforeseen liability.
Our technology automates the ordering and management of most of the preservation and inspection services as well as the vendor invoice and payment process. We engage independent contractors with local market expertise and produce enhanced inspection reports to ensure accuracy. Our proprietary vendor selection and scorecard system results in higher quality vendor performance and lower pricing.
