Solutions
- Appraisals and Valuations: Comprehensive services including origination appraisals, default valuations, Automated Review Reconciliations (ARR) and Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) valuations.
- Reconciled Values: Reconciliation using all information provided in addition to the limited use of external data sources such as real estate websites and county records.
- Reviews: Verification of data to conclude accuracy through desk, forensic and short sale reviews.

In order to provide the highest quality and expedite processing; Altisource provides monthly executive summaries to its Review Analysts. These summaries highlight exceptions and provide explanations to the Review Analysts, helping to improve their reviews and reduce overall timelines.
