  • Automated Review Reconciliations (ARR)
    Automated, accurate and quick property valuations using integrated technology and vendor delivered valuation products. The valuation engine examines a wide range of key property characteristics and market sources to perform multiple weighting combinations to validate the calculated market value. The AVA team provides continuous updates as micro and macro market conditions change to ensure the accuracy of valuations.
  • Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP)
    Altisource obtains AVM values using government-sponsored enterprise Home Value Estimator (HVE) with assured HAMP guideline compliance. If AVM thresholds scores are not met, then a BPO is automatically ordered.

Reconciled Values

BPO and CMA Reconciliation
Reconciliation using all information provided in addition to the limited use of external data sources such as real estate websites and county records. The reconciliation includes all of the items listed under BPOs and CMAs in addition to comments supporting the analyst’s conclusion. The reconciliation process uses Automated Review Reconciliations (ARR).

Reviews

Desk
All information provided including external data sources such as real estate websites, county records and AVMs to conclude valuation accuracy.
Forensic
A certified appraiser reviews the original appraisal completed within the last two years to determine accuracy at the time of origination.
Short Sale
Verification of recent and relevant client provided data including origination appraisal, short sale contract, interior BPOs and / or a servicing appraisal less than 90 days old.
