REALSynergy® is a commercial real estate and multi-family loan servicing application capable of accommodating any level of growth or change a servicer may encounter.
REALSynergy eliminates the need to manage disparate servicing systems, managing virtually any loan structure and creating a single repository for loan data. Add-on modules facilitate external access for borrowers and investors, loan transfers from other servicing platforms and data exports to general ledger accounting systems.
The application provides access to information on a granular level and oversees both servicing and asset functions, enabling you to make real-time risk assessments on any loan at any time.
