REALSynergy® - Additional Services
Data Import Utility

The Data Import Utility (DIU) allows you to board loans quickly and accurately. The automated process includes boarding information for borrowers, guarantors and owners; fixed, ARM and floating rate loans; and collateral including real estate, operating statements, appraisals, letters of credit, CD's and UCC's. It may also be used for loading Escrow Groups, Tax and Insurance items, Reserves, Holdbacks and fees, such as service fees and borrower fees. In addition, all general or borrowers’ contacts can also be added for easy access and reference in day-to-day servicing.

The REALSynergy® Data Import Utility is available for licensing or our Professional Services Team can assist you on an as-needed basis.

Web Loan View

Web Loan View is an add-on module to REALSynergy that allows investors and borrowers remote, secure, read-only 24 / 7 access to their respective portfolios and loans via the Internet. Users can review selected portfolio information as well as individual loan information. In addition to the standard online reports (Trial Balance, Investor Remittance, Operating Statement, Inspection and Delinquent Loan, Summary reports) users can view loan information, payment histories, collateral information, escrow / reserve data, borrower information and servicing fee information. Web Loan View is a web-based application and runs on standard web browsers, such as Internet Explorer. No other installations are necessary to access the application.

Web Loan View's design is based on the J2EE architecture. J2EE is an industry standard for developing platform-independent web-based applications. The framework provides adaptability, scalability and manageability, decreasing timelines for enhancements to the system, such as the addition of new reports and filters. Web Loan View is designed to run on an industry standard application server - JRUN.

General Ledger Interface

The REALSynergy General Ledger (GL) Interface allows users to easily map and electronically import transactions posted in REALSynergy to a company’s general ledger accounting software. The technology offers flexibility in defining general ledger accounts, including the ability to map transactions from either the loan servicer’s perspective (as a Company / Office in REALSynergy) or from the loan owner’s perspective (as an Investor / IRG in REALSynergy). After mapping the transactions, the user defines the transaction period, names the file and clicks “Create File” to generate a comma-separated values (CSV) file. The user then electronically imports the CSV file into the company’s general ledger system, saving time and reducing errors through automation.
