REALSynergy version 11.2 Now Available
- Numerous real estate tax & property insurance efficiencies which include:
- Providing the ability to transfer funds between Escrow Groups via a Single Transaction Process;
- Providing a central location to update insurance expiration dates and;
- Providing a forecasted escrow balance prior to paying scheduled tax or insurance payments.
- Extensive enhancements to the service fee options:
- Providing an additional method for dividing fees with another servicer and;
- Providing the ability to assess a charge to another servicer.
- Additional improvements to the Real Estate Valuation area:
- Providing the option to store the Insurable Value and details of the Cost Approach;
- Expanding the Reference List Editor to now include the Purpose of Appraisal.
